Please click on our CPAG Report - "CYPRUS PROPERTY PITFALLS - a time for ACTION" - which paints a shocking picture of the property industry in Cyprus. Originally commissioned by the Government and delivered 3rd January 2008 - they have not refuted anything in the Report since then, nor have they had the courtesy to formally respond

We are a pressure group dedicated to creating awareness within the industry and Government of the problems buyers may face as a result of buying property in Cyprus and lobbying for change.

In addition, and where possible, helping individuals with their problems and concerns. These could include:

• Illegal Building
• Buying Off Plan
• Structural Faults
• Final Approval Certificates
• Title Deeds
• Charges by Developers, including:
  • Immovable Property Tax - New guide to the fraud!
  • Contract cancellation/transfer fees
• Lack of Proper Infrastructure (water, drainage, sewerage, roads, etc)
