Worried Couple If you have bought property in Cyprus and have problems or concerns regarding your purchase, the Cyprus Property Action Group wants to hear from you.

We are a pressure group dedicated to creating awareness within the industry and Government of the problems buyers may face as a result of buying property in Cyprus and lobbying for change.

In addition, and where possible, helping individuals with their problems and concerns. These could include:

Illegal Building
Buying Off Plan
Structural Faults
Final Approval Certificates
Title Deeds
Charges by Developers, including:
- Immovable Property Tax - See Latest Update
- Contract cancellation/transfer fees
Lack of Proper Infrastructure (water, drainage, sewerage, roads, etc)
