Lack of proper infrastructure
We are aware that many Cyprus property buyers have taken delivery of a property without the necessary infrastructure such as: permanent electricity supply, water, drainage and roads, being in place.
Can you please help us quantify the scope and scale of this problem.

When you took delivery of the property.
The nature of the problem (e.g. no road, electricity from adjoining property, electricity from diesel generator, etc)
The name of the property developer from whom you bought the property.
Any other detail or information that you feel is relevant.
