Marios Shiaeles is a Limassol, Cyprus based lawyer carried out a series of frauds on his client's totalling in excess of CYPŁ 3,600,000. He skipped the country in September 2006 with his wife - Niki Fasaria - also wanted as a conspirator in the frauds (9/2006).
An international arrest warrant has been issued but so far his location is unknown. Reports suggest that Shiaeles may be in Greece, where Fasaria has family, in Bulgaria or in Northern Cyprus.
